What You Will Do

As part of a cross-department team, the Special Project Coordinator supports projects within our diverse portfolio that are outside of regular operations like capitol improvements, retrofits, leaseholds, and major maintenance. From start to finish including final closeout and handover.

  • Generate project scope
  • Permitting from appropriate authorities
  • Budgeting, take-offs, and cost estimating
  • Schedule maintenance
  • Tendering Process
  • Contract coordination
  • Project meetings
  • Invoice review and progress draws
  • Quality control programs
  • Safety program, and standards
  • Closeout process

What You Bring to the Table

  • Engineering or construction-related degree/diploma
  • Project coordination experience, capital planning, maintenance and reno’s even better
  • PMP (Project Management Profession) certification is a plus
  • Organization and software wizardry
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication
  • Leadership qualities
  • Results-driven mindset, with a great eye for quality workmanship
